Once we receive your booking information, we will schedule a suitable time slot based on your availability, and assign a qualified university tutor or researcher with in-depth knowledge to assist you. We are delighted to answer your questions and offer guidance to help you comprehend the content better. If you require more help or individualised assistance, we offer additional tutoring services for a fee. You can easily choose a suitable time and date for your session. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your class, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, you will be charged for the full cost of the class. In the event that we need to cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances, we will do our best to reschedule the class at a mutually convenient time.
